Health and Education Policy Project Plus

This activity supports the restructuring process of the Ministry of Education (MOE) in Guatemala, supports education and health civil society oversight organizations, and provides technical assistance to the Ministry of Health (MOH) for the development of a system that integrates all health-related information. The activity will also support the MOE in elevating the importance of youth policies by strengthening a national dialogue around youth issues, particularly out-of-school youth and youth livelihoods. The expected results of the activity are improved governance, transparency, and accountability in the public sector and increased civil society capability to monitor, oversee, advocate, and engage in dialogue to enforce public policy.
