Working Towards a Post-2015 Agenda – Measurement of Learning in Numeracy and Beyond

As the Millennium Development Goals sunset in 2015 and the Education for All goals are reviewed, the education sector has a unique opportunity to influence the new global development agenda and raise the profile of global education – not only in terms of access to quality education, but also with regards to learning.  As a consequence, considerable discussions have emerged around measuring and monitoring learning outcomes.
