Standard Indicator Resources: Measuring Quality of Employment
Percent of individuals with improved perceived quality of employment completes the Center for Education's suite of employment indicators. Based on the Global Impact Investing Network's (GIIN) Quality Jobs framework, the indicator provides five key categories--earnings and wealth; health and well-being; job skills for the future; job security and stability; and rights, respect, and engagement in the workplace--in which job quality may improve, while allowing Missions, activities, and even individuals the flexibility to influence which categories are the most meaningful measures of improved quality to them.
