Find and Access USAID Education Data
This table lists education-related data assets that have been submitted to the USAID Development Data Library (DDL).
A data asset is a group of related data sets, documentation, and other materials that belong together.
New data assets are added to the table on a rolling basis. The availability status of data assets is updated quarterly.
Depending on the ‘Availability Status’ of a data asset, it may be possible to request access to the asset by taking the following steps.
Availability Status:
Pending DDL Review - USAID has not yet determined whether there must be restrictions on public access to these assets. USAID sometimes prioritizes the review of data assets for which requests have been made. To request access to a ‘pending’ data asset:
- Sign in to the DDL with a login.gov or usaid.gov account
- Submit an Access Request Form
Public - USAID places no restriction on access to these assets by the public. To access ‘public’ assets, simply follow the link.
Restricted Public - USAID places some restrictions on access to these assets, but members of the public can request and gain access to them on a case by case basis. To request a ‘restricted public dataset:’
- Sign in to the DDL with a login.gov account
- Submit an Access Request Form
Non-Public - USAID fully restricts access to these datasets by the public. With proper safeguards in place, USAID staff may be able to request access to an asset for analysis by a USAID contractor. To request a ‘restricted public dataset:’
- Sign in to the DDL with your login.gov account
- Submit an Access Request Form
