Two Options to Learn:
The certificate track is most appropriate for evaluators who will be using cost analysis methods.
It requires you to pass a pre-test of prerequisite knowledge. Course modules must be completed in order. Participants of this course will receive a certificate of completion if they complete all modules and pass a final exam.
The non-certificate track is most appropriate for financial analysts, business development specialists, technical staff, and others who are interested in some element of cost analysis but are not themselves evaluators. It allows you to view the content in any order, does not include a final exam, and does not certify you in these cost analysis methods.
