This panel includes four presentations on the experience of designing teaching and learning materials to support the Ghana Learning early grade reading program:

- Unified Design for 11 Languages: Bridging systems and innovations (Mackenzie Matthews, FHI 360).
- The Role of Linguistics in the USAID Partnership for Education: Learning Activity in Ghana (Barbara Trudell, SIL Africa).
- Implementing an Early Grade Reading Program Aligned to the National Language Policy: The government perspective (Felicia Boakye-Yiadom, National Council for Curriculum and Assessment, MOE, Ghana).
