Higher Education Learning Network

Focus:

The USAID Higher Education Learning Network (HELN) is a global network that brings together donors, practitioners, government officials, academics, researchers, students, NGOs, and other stakeholders to uncover and improve the ways higher education is uniquely positioned to support sustainable development across sectors.  

HELN collects, develops, and disseminates knowledge, tools, evidence, and information on higher education at the global, regional, and country levels. Part of the USAID Leading Through Learning Global Platform, HELN contributes to a global education learning system for USAID, its partners, and the wider community to enhance thought leadership and program quality.
